Hi Guys, I have owned for a number of years an Acer Scanwit 2720 slide and negative scanner, this served me OK a while back when selling some 1970s slides on Ebay but I have now upgraded my PC and wondered if it was time to replace the Acer.
I am not very PC but I understand that my Acer is SCSI and my new PC will need a SCSI ?
Could take out of my old desktop?
I notice on Ebay you can buy new film scanners for £30 to £40, such as the Smart Digital.
Do you think it would be better to move ahead with this later technology?
