Thank you, How do i go about disabling the emails, Because every feed i am subscribed too i get tons of emails, Don't want to get back and have 100 + emails from Rail Forums.

Go on 'User CP' at the top of the page, then on the left hand side should be edit options, click on that. Further down the page change the default subscriptions to "No emails"
