Accident damaged 332

Currently stabled outside the Heathrow Express depot at Old Oak is a Class 332 unit with damage to the London end cab front, damage is confined only to the drivers side. The window is all shattered, the light socket is missing along with other bodywork damage around that corner of the unit.
Does anyone know what happened? Looks nasty for the driver involved so hope he is OK
