The title says most of it, but I was wondering if flip-dot displays were really compliant with accessibility legislation?
For those unaware, this is a flip-dot display:
These can be particularly hard to read normally, even more so in overcast conditions or at night where there’s no backlight. As an able-bodied person (albeit with glasses) I struggle myself, never mind if you had quite severe eyesight issues
