AccesRail with Etihad Airways

Hi folks, looking for a bit of advice please if possible.

I'm flying from Heathrow to Sydney on the 3rd of January 2027, but apparently as part of my trip I have AccesRail with my booking on Avanti West Coast from Glasgow Central to Euston on the morning of the 3rd of January.

I've never heard of AccesRail before and haven't received any confirmation codes to pick up train tickets? Do AccesRail email me separately or will Etihad email the details nearer the time?

I’ve never heard of them either. By the sounds of it, you need to ‘check in’ for you train through Access Rail, and this will give you a collection reference for your train tickets.

I assume you check in as normal, separately, for your flight.
