Everyone is entitled to humans rights, that's why they're "human" rights.

Why shouldn't he?

Human rights are called human rights in that they apply to everyone, regardless of what crimes you've committed.

The articles of the European Convention on Human Rights were incorporated into the Human Rights Act of 1998 (which contrary to what the tabloids say isn't a charter for terrorists, murderers and rapists - to the best of my knowledge all it does is mean that anyone who feels their human rights have been violated will no longer need to take it up with the European Court of Human Rights) which can be read about here

So, even though Abu Hamza is a very unpleasant individual, he still has human rights, like the right to life and the right to family life.

I'm glad he got extradited it's about bloody time. It sickens me that people like this are allowed to stay in this country because of their 'human rights'. Human rights?! He shouldn't have any! I'm sick of seeing him and other muslim radicals on the front of the newspapers protesting about our country and our rules and nobody bats an eyelid! If you don't like it go back to where you come from!

Radical muslims as a rule detest any country they live in (even Saudi Arabia) as being insufficiently Islamic. Shouldn't be to hard IMO to find some uninhabited pacific island and declare it 'Sharia Island', meaning that radical islamists can move there and fight about how an idea Islamic state ought to be run.

The minority of Islamists who make highly inflammatory statements about how Britain ought to be an Islamic state are British born reverts or converts to Islam. For instance, our friend Andy Choudary was born in Wapping in 1967, and spent most of his time at University smoking weed and drinking before becoming a radical Muslim. As someone born in this country, he can't be deported.

People do 'bat an eyelid' about radical Islamists, otherwise the EDL wouldn't exist. It's interesting though that while a significant minority of the population appears to loath Muslims, the EDL hasn't taken off. Certainly the economy appears to be a more pressing concern at the moment than radical Islam.

It's a shame the police bothered protecting him from being the author of his own destruction when he was standing on his soap box ranting about how the infidels should die now, but painfully, or what ever it was he was on about. They should have just left him to it and allowed natural law to take it's course, probably in the form of several hundred drunk EDL lunatics with big bits of wood. Could have saved the British tax payer millions in benefits and legal aid.

Whilst the matter of home-grown Muslim extremism seems to be mentioned on this thread, I was utterly horrified by the news yesterday that the plans of some of these included welding butchers knives onto a large vehicle and driving it into an area where many people would be present.

Does anyone want to respond by giving reasons which would justify this type of proposed action ?

Do you have any links for that? Should be an "interesting" read. Regarding Hamza, he's hopefully someone elses problem now
