You would have to speak (very fluently) the language in whatever country you went to.
If you're natural tongue is English, look at the Eurostar or DB International Freight.
Maybe if you give us a bit more info about what country you were thinking about etc... we can help?
Also, the salary for a train driver in some parts of Europe is not even half what it is here.

I think you might be better off asking people from the country you're thinking of, as they are likely to have more and better information about what you have to do than we have here.
