Case of insomnia tonight so have just been browsing the new Abellio version of the ScotRail website and IMHO although it's just a cosmetic rehash, I'm finding it easier to find information and navigate than the previous First version of it.
Also glanced over a couple of new 'initiatives' that I haven't seen mentioned on the forum, once of which is a new app called 'Snapp It' coming at the end of May for iOS and Android. General gist of it is you can take pictures of problems around the network and upload them with details through the app, where they will then be forwarded onto the relevant team/company to deal with and rectify - it may help resolve issues faster where people have trouble explaining the issue or location precisely etc. I like these kind of novelties but whether they'll be used that much in the real world will have to be seen.
There were another couple of new things I haven't seen mentioned here that I've forgotten and the website is now offline again... I'll check it again later and repost them.
