I went to Clacton on Sea a couple of weeks ago from Liverpool St and I am sure the unit was an Abellio 321, this is a trip I have never made before.
The seats seemed lower than was the case on my EMT HST and probably lower than on the Circle Line tube I travelled on, although these sometimes seem low.
Am I correct in saying the seats are lower? Also the passing Norwich to Liverpool St trains seemed altogether higher compared to the 321.
FWIW I went to Clacton to go on the Waverley paddle steamer back up the River Thames.
