LNER A4 Class 4-6-2 no 60009 Union of South Africa, whistle blowing, storms up the hill into and through Cholsey in Oxfordshire hauling the 29th November RTC Worcester Christmas Market. As it passed a lump of coal fell at the feet of a small child awestruck as this monster rushed past at a rate of knots. What a memory he will have of that day.
