I have made a small questionnaire about bus stop experiences to help with my school project - I am creating concept bus stops centred around user experience.

The questionnaire is hosted on Microsoft Forms so there is no need to download anything.
The purpose of this survey is to help me collect data about the issues with current Bus Stop/Waiting areas for my concept designs.

You have no line for hail and ride or unmarked stops. The latter are plentiful in rural areas especially where there are smaller operators.

Just one suggestion......'ergonomics of the stop' is slightly vague, and it might not be clear to respondents what sort of answer you're looking for.
I'd also suggest using AI to help with the analysis of your free text responses.
