From the Mail so maybe to be taken with a pinch of salt... however it would seem Labour are planning further assault on the motorist with a 'pay per mile' proposal. On paper it's fairer as it apparently replaces road duty. We all know though, that ultimately these types of change tend to lead to higher costs for your average user.
Anyone know anything factual about this proposal?
