Here's a pic from the National Rail 'Stations Made Easy' feature:

I agree, it is pretty much impossible; however, the timetable sheet visible suggests that the station is operated by South West Trains. It seems to be staffed; either that or the station building is derelict, which certainly does not look to be the case. As a wild guess, I will say Cobham & Stoek d'Abernon, but it is just that - a guess.

(Also, I apologise for effectively assuming control of the Guess the Town thread, but that doesn't mean the upcoming Super Quiz 2 will be my swansong from it.)

That's Ryde Esplanade.

Ryde Esplanade is correct. Maybe not the easiest image, although it did contain some clues - I was going to post additional pics until someone got it (but someone got it first)

For me, it was the "1" sign that gave it away, as it's in Island Line colours. None of the other stations on the Island Line have a curved platform like that.

How about this one?. And, as an additional hint, this image shows the access to the only platform at this station which you can get to without going through the ticket barriers. More pics to follow if this one is too tricky.

[Question: Why couldn't I find any pictures with the green line? I found plenty without it, such as this, but not one with - not even for Ryde Esplanade. Also, I've changed the picture, because the previous one was too small.

The images with the green line are found when asking stations made east for directions.
You're station looks like it's staffed, and has a FGW poster so presumably somewhere on the Western region. The building looks to be of fairly modern construction, probably built since the early nineties. It also looks to be a relatively small station, probably 2-3 platforms. Beyond that, I haven't got a clue, but seeing as you're from Bath, one of the nearest stations satisfying most of that is Trowbridge.

...It is. I just chose Trowbridge at total random.

How about this one then? Hint: For this, I will only ever choose a station I have actually visited. But given there are quite literally hundreds of such examples...

87015 was right. It is Lowestoft, Britain's most easterly railway station and one of its most appeasing also, receiving several awards for its upkeep (according to Wikipedia).

Think I'll provide one more, and then someone else can take the reins.

Nope. It isn't. I'll provide one clue (in addition to my saying that I've never been there, for what it's worth!) - it is a city station. But, having said that, "city" could in theory mean St David's, and I don't mean Exeter! Obviously, it isn't St David's, because it has no station. On the other hand, it could also mean a central London station.

Ely was correct. But, how the bloody hell are we supposed to get yours?! hock:

...No, hold on, I can answer this one. It is Dove Holes. I initially thought of a station in Lincolnshire, but when I had apparently exhausted that county I suddenly remembered that the Buxton route is partly in the East Midlands, so I looked for small stations on it. Why that route, and not something more obscure? Because, to be blunt, it is actually a line that people might actually know, and thus not pose unfairly. Or something like that anyway :roll:
