Yes, yes and rooting the files through notepad which i think ive done before. I'll have to look and see if i can refresh my memory.

Pop a topic in the site admin forum & check your registered email addy.

Did you upload via the web form or FTP? I have always found the form useless for files above 1MB so always use FTP. When using FTP make sure you upload the file, JPG and the TXT files with the same name, and also fill in the correct details in the TXT file as shown in the File Library FAQ.
