Fishguard Harbour has technically as well although only one side has barriers and lights (the South End), beyond the station, the track runs (or did do anyway) out onto the breakwater, although in the years I've been on the boat train I have NEVER seen anything go beyond the station other than a loco to run round back in the days of loco-hauled services.
