A for B or A for C / Network Code

Hi can anyone point me to a copy of the 'Network Code' , I'm trying to find out about how timetabling in Network Rail follows something to do with an 'A for B' etc process. Apparently it is how changes to the on the day timetable can be implemented but cannot find anyone who has a really good grasp / or any other resource which explains the actual process. Thank you.

Part D, A for C freight is what normally happens, next day would need to be early on the first or it would end up with control putting it in as VSTP.

On the day itself can't be done within train planning, needs to be done by Control. Best that can be done is making a change before c17:00 on Day A and it'll go out in that nights run for Day B, this isn't guaranteed but works 99% of the time.

The Planner / CheeseOnToast is there a 'resource' / info that you could point me in direction of which explains exactly what the A for B (and other combinations) Timetable process is, in layman / idiots guide terms ? Thanks.

Complicated territory here, Part D in essence covers the timescales for producing the New Working Timetable, Informed Traveller, Train Operator Variations and everything inbetween including A for C.

A for C timescale is detailed in Network Code Part D3.3.6 which I agree isn't in easy to understand language.
