So I'm from the Midlands, decided to head down to Cornwall from 17/2 to 19/2. I'm planning to live in a hotel at Penzance, on the last day (19/2) I would want to do all stations, if not most, in Cornwall. I will buy a 3 in 7 Days Freedom of Devon and Cornwall Rover. My earliest train will have to be the 09:10 (1A82). I would like to tick off Penzance - Tiverton Parkway, St Erth to St Ives, Truto to Falmouth Docks, Par to Newquay (odd frequency), Liskeard to Looe, Keyham - Gunnislake (also odd frequency), Newton Abbot to Paignton, and if possible Exeter to Okehampton, Barnstaple, and Exmouth. I don't plan on having any mid way stops except for changing trains. I will also need a CrossCountry train back to Birmingham New Street. This is a really tricky one and I can't figure out how to tick off stations. Please, any planning specialist help me.
Note: I define ticking off station as, timetabled to stop there. For example, skipping a request stop that is on the timetable is marked as ticked. I don't have to get off to tick off the station.

When I did Cornwall in September 2018, I stayed in Plymouth, arriving there on a Monday evening.

On the Tuesday, I did the Gunnislake and Falmouth branches
On the Wednesday, I did the Newquay branch.
On the Thursday, I went as far west as Penzance, and also did the St Ives branch.
On the Friday, I did the Looe branch, including Coombe Junction, before returning to London.

You'd be better off stopping in Plymouth, then you could go West one day, north and south the next then East on day 3, or there's a Premier Inn opposite the station at Exeter

The good thing is that Cornwall only has a couple limited served stations, Lelant Saltings on the St Ives branch & Menheniot. Although I suspect for Lelant Saltings you will require a separate ticket as it will be before the validity of the rover

I won't do this. I'm trying to get the 0820 from Aberdeen to Penzance and arrives at 2131, since this route will be shorten to Plymouth after May. There is no trains out of Penzance except the Night Riviera which you can't get off until Totnes, and there is no trains back to Plymouth until the morning.

I checked validity and it says that Lelant Saltings is in validity. Although I won't be able to get there since there are only early morning trains.
