The easiest way to look at it is;

Are you a driver? ASLEF.
Are you operational but not a driver? RMT
Are you non operational but not management? TSSA.

Recently, RMT have actively refused applications from workplaces where other unions are the recognised union, even when the union is allegedly colluding with management. Sets a dangerous precedent.
