How do you get a class 150 for trainz?

There are lower quality versions available on the DLS.
There is a higher quality one, but it is only the DMS and it is no longer available to download, you can only get it from those who managed to get it before the link expired. (The creator didn't finish the DMSL before leaving trainz).
