A and B ends on trains: facing and numbering

I think you need to make your second question clearer - I'm increasingly confused! To answer your first though, they definitely go to Braintree (1F05 on the 11th was worked by a pair). No idea about Southend, or what that's got to do with Braintree.

I think to answer your questions regarding 360s and GE services:
1. as said, the service you ask about is apparently usually 321s, but other services on the Braintree line may be formed of 360s
2. the individual 360 units may be found facing either way. There's no preferred orientation. The A end may be at the London or Country end.

DMCO 65551-65571 (cross referencing with the Heathrow Connect ones, this is the "A" cab?)
PTSO - 72551-72571 (the pantograph car)
TSO - 74551-74571
DMC- 68551-68571

All carriages in a set will; have the same last two digits- eg 360101 will be 65551-72551-74551-68551

You're numbering all the trains individually? I'm a TS creator and actually also working on activities in the same area ( I'm the author of the TrainSimulatorScenarios.com GEML pack). Working on the second now.. So I'll try not to do the same service you are doing.... But I don't go as far as to number every coach like that!

You should probably be a bit more grateful of the amount of help you're getting here.. It's taken a few pages to work out what you're actually asking!

You can find most of this info by looking up photos or videos.... Or if local going out and doing a bit of research. I often use these methods/resources before asking.
