8H29 mystery headcode

Around the Willesden area on Railcam diagrams I keep seeing an 8H29 headcode. It moves forward from Acton Lane sidings and then disappears. What is it?

a lot of the time to be honest, it might just be a shunter in the Euro terminal moving around, but not sure.

It is the headcode we use in the TD so the train shunting in the Euroterminal is set up to the GSM-R radio system.
