Just gone through crewe this morning. At the sheds South of the station, I saw 86401 Northmpton Town in Network South East colours. Few questions:

Who owns the locomotive?
Is it in working order?
Are there any plans for it?

Cheers

86401 is operational but is not OTMR fitted. There are no plans to return this loco to the mainline. It will head back to Willesden in due course.
