This move was very interesting due to the lack of coaching stock and came about due to the fact that the loco may soon be sold to the NYMR and see use on Esk Valley services.

I missed the loco at Brompton ( :oops: ) which would have made a nice speed shot due to early running. And, although I did catch up with it later I would love to see any other shots of it hammering along on the mainline.

Ian Riley has sold 76079 to the North Yorks Moors, that is confirmed by him on another forum. The sale did not include the support coach, as that is still required for other loco's he still owns.
