Any ideas what the new peeling paint livery on 73139 is for? Promotional I'd imagine?

Several Northern units have a similar treatment. Whatever this promotion is, it must be a great revenue stream for the railway... ;):lol:

Northern units normally look like that. Its not a promotion, the revenue stream is lack of cost repainting and therefore cheaper....
