Seems to be a bit broke - assigned for tyre turning at Midlands Road, restricted "Haul dead"

While flying past on the GWML on Monday, I noticed that 66953 still appears to be stored in Frays Sidings at West Drayton.
Does anybody know when it last worked? Does it require road haulage to take it away for tyre turning?
