66092 on a low loader M40 between Juction 15 and Junction 16. Monday 20 th November 2023.

Whilst on my way to see 37800 take 319375 for scrap at Stourbridge Junction I saw, Around 1210 Between Junction 15 Longbridge Warwick Island and Junction 16 Henley in Arden, on the M40 66092 heading towards M42 on a low loader, being escorted by 3 escort vehicles and the a highway agency patrol car.
Does anyone very much kindly know where 66092 on a low loader its final destination and why was it on one in the first place.
Plus it was in its original Red livery as well.
Ie not the latest one.
