60s Sandpipe probs

all my class 60s sandpipes catch the ballast on our track and i've had to snip them off. Does anyone no why they do this?

(i've checked ballast hight but no other loco's do htis)

Well i can't help you because i dont have any 60s. But as the loco list showed there are many people who model in a modern era that im sure they can help you with.

I have the same problem with points and my Bachmann 57

My mate ran his and on the first point it came to it just jammed! and he had to snap them off to get ti to go through the points!
