60+ Oyster Card v. Freedom Pass

Hello all,

It'll be a few years yet to qualify for my 60+ Oyster Card, but when I do, what (if any) are the differences in validity between the 60+ and the Freedom Pass, in respect of using the 60+ in combination with other tickets to travel beyond the area of validity, using trains that do not stop within the area of validity.

They are both treated as off-peak travelcard seasons covering zones 1-6 on NR plus all TfL services. Can be used with BZ tickets or from last named station.

The major difference is that only the freedom pass has ENCTS validity nationwide on buses.
