6 Month Rule

Is the 6 month rule valid across several TOC's or just within the TOC that you failed an interview with?

I didn't pass an interview with TOC A for a Conductor role- does this mean I now need to wait 6 months until I can reapply for any Conductor position or am I still able to apply for the same vacancy with TOC B?

The rule should only apply to Toc A.
