Advice request here;

Has anybody applied for a Conductor/Guard/Train Manager role within the '6 month' period, and got past the application stage?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

can only speak from experience but no, if you slip past the online application you will certainly get collered at assessment day

Yeah I'm at the last stage whereby we do joint team activities and if you meet requirements you get invited for an interview on the day. What operator isit ?

That's fantastic, hope all goes well!

Did you fail to secure the same position with that company within the last 6 months?

I'm wondering whether companies can, if they really like you, work around the rule/system? This is Chiltern I'm looking.

Ok I'm not familiar with how chiltern do their process but mine is with GWR and it's my first time applying and doing any form of assesment with them. Best bet is to have an open and honest conversation with the HR lead. All the best and hope to hear some success stories soon.
