As far as I can make out, 59003 is semi-permanently based at Eastleigh at the moment. I read that it was possible to see it from public areas but when I visited about three weeks ago, I couldn't see it anywhere. I would be be grateful if anyone could clarify if it is visible from public areas, and if so how and where before I embark on another lengthy trip. Many thanks.
