They are the first ones built.When I learnt them they went to great pains to tell us the 455'8s were first the 455'7s were 2nd and the 455'9s were the third batch.I think they look nice and anyway my favourite colour is green.

Thinking about it yeah, you should get 5711 into a depot, when I saw it on the 13th of Jan it was horrible.

Probably 5702 as I was filmed driving it into Kensington about 15 years ago.

I have a slight affection for 455s and 315s for that matter as I started my railway career working on 315s (as well as lots of slam door stock) and driven 455's for nearly 20 years.
