Can anybody advise if the >48hr working opt out form is relevant to drivers or not? I've been advised it doesn't apply. Thank you

I was advised that it didn't apply to drivers so never filled mine in. Never has any repercussion and still work rest days when I want

Johncleesefan,
Thanks. I was kind of thinking to do the same and see what I find out when I start. There's no obligation to complete it anyway and I can always complete one in the future if necessary.

Even if you do a rest day / Sunday every single week you will still be averaging under 48 hours a week, so the form will be irrelevant for most people.
