LMS 46233 The Duchess of Sutherland was once again at the helm of the latest Cumbrian Mountain Express railtour operated by the Railway Touring Company . The tour started at Crewe and would take the Settle and Carlisle line to Carlisle and would return to Crewe via the same route . 46233 is seen from under the road bridge at Hoghton firstly and then at Rimington on the climb towards the water stop at Hellifield ( must add that the location at Rimington is a private residence that a friend arranged for us to use ) . The next location is near Selside Shaw with 46233 working hard . The return would see 46233 at Cotehill and finally Waitby common .
