46233 The Cumbrian Mountain Express 30th Aug 2014.

LMS 46233 The Duchess of Sutherland was at the helm of the latest Cumbrian Mountain Express railtour operated by the Railway Touring Company . The tour started at Crewe and would take a very rare route after Bolton with 46233 taking the Westhoughton route via Lostock junction to Wigan and would then venture towards Carlisle via Blackburn and the S&C. The return to Crewe would take 46233 over Shap southbound . The first shot sees 46233 shortly after taking the line to Wigan from Lostock Junction. The second shot is at the foot crossing at Hoghton and then at Gisburn just as she seemed to shut off a tad ( not the planned shot ) . The final shot sees 46233 climbing past Stainforth towards Sheriffs brow .
