Was looking for more of a birds eye picture point of view if you know what I mean,disabled access,bike rack,doors,seats,...etc

Ahh you mean more like a seating plan (a drawing of the internal layout)? Sorry can't help you there and a quick google didn't turn much up.

Can't help with actual seating plans, but if you've ever been on a LM 350/2 the layout is 99% the same as the 450, except I believe the 350/2 does not have a dedicated guards office next to the first class.

The 450 HC is the same general layout as a 450, just that the first class area has been replaced by standard, and selected 'third seats of three' have been removed throughout the train, mainly next to the doors.
