Apologies if this is a repost or a related item. anyone know if GC are planning to put it's name plates back on or were they just fitted for the couple of months prior to the re-engineering at brush, seems a same not to put them back on.

Well it was 423+468 on Friday but they do get mixed around most the time I think. Here are pictures taken on Friday morning of 1A60 to show the name plate, 4 car formation and 43468!

The big question is what is the named set going to be turned out on today....and will it still be 2+5!!
43423(not 43523 !!!)has indeed got the "Valenta" plates back on,had it yesterday on a 2+4 and was a right little pocket rocket !!!! As an aside,43484 will be named "Peter Fox" on sunday at sheffield.Peter Fox was a respected railway journalist and was a big supporter of GC in the early days and,as I am led to believe, created the Platform 5 trainspotting books as he himself had spotted trains from pl5 at Sheffield !!!!
A60/N26/A63 = GC03 and is still 2+5![]()
