Does anyone know why 33012 was hauling the preserved VEP 3417 from Strawberry Hill to West Ruislip LUL last Thursday 24/7/2025?

I believe this was to pickup the London Transport Inspection Saloon LT 45029 to take them to the Great Gathering
Correct. 33012 ran up from Swanage to Strawberry Hill, to West Ruislip to pick up Sarah Siddons & 45029 for onward travel to Derby. As we know Sarah unfortunately didn’t make it in the day and had to be removed at Leamington Spa, with 012 carrying on to Derby.
It would have taken the TC I believe but that ran straight from Alton to Derby behind 50008 post Gala.
