4 car allocation on Saltburn train 23/4

Anyone any idea how come northern allocated 4 car trains between Saltburn and Bishop Auckland today ?

Perhaps because they were predicted to be busy so they strengthened what they were able to?

It would have been busy today with the sunshine, sea and all that and i've seen it very occasionally. That set of diagrams does end at Heaton Depot later tonight though so it's likely more to do with that.

Reports of Redcar beach being very very busy, can imagine Saltburb was also busy due to the weather.
