Any idea what this is? Just left Bristol Parkway in the up direction. People (staff?) on board, most seats bagged up - large amounts of gaffer tape (?) on the lift point of rear car (802 007)

Maybe some sort of prototype crack repair being monitored with instrumentation fitted. There were similar reports of taped on wiring etc a few months ago.
