Received an email today from a gen group saying that 390022 "Virgin Hope" had been renamed to "Penny the Pendo"
"no joke"

I've looked it up on the junction, AbRail and google and cannot find anything about it.

Anyone know what this is about?

If it has been renamed then I expect it's "Penny [someone]" rather than "Penny the Pendo", with that being a new nickname for it.

Penny Lane possibly due to VWC recently announcing its support for the Liverpool City of Culture 2008 thing.
