Running exclusively on the London Overground network, but are any other TOC's interested in them with their longitudinal seating and walk through cars.
I use them frequently, and my only complaint is the delay between the doors closing and the train actually starting to move - often literally 5-6 seconds. Much faster getaway on FCC's trusty old 313's.

This is only due to the fact that as drivers we are taught to put it into Brake Step 3 and neutral when stopping at stations, which is why it takes longer. Some put it in Brake Step 1 and leave it in forward, the delay is the time it takes for the brake pressure to drop from 3 bar to 0 and the motors to overcome the brake force. Other TOCs have different drive styles hence why the doors on FCC open quicker.

Technically they aren't 378 stock, they're Class 378s

This thread should be in the normal 'Rail' forum to be honest, as LO is running a normal heavy rail service on the national network.

But yes - the Class 378 layout has been recommended as the eventual replacement for the West Anglia inner routes, it is mentioned in the relevant RUS.
