thinking of going to london bridge on tuesday,what is the best time to go to see the new 377/5 please

anytime during the day but not during the peaks , sorry not sure on exact services
I normally see a Brighton-Bedford 8 carriage 377/5 pulling into London Bridge just as I'm leaving on the 18:12 service.
I also traveled on a 377/5 from Burgess Hill to London Bridge on Thursday morning - it was only a 4 carriage service, and it was absolutely full to bursting. A quite unpleasant journey, even with a seat!
