Who owns 37607? I saw it recently at Carlisle on an NR test train. It was in un brannded DRS livery. Is this a Colas loco or is it a hire in?

Hire in from HNRC I believe.
For what it's worth its loco pool on TOPS is "COTS" i.e. Colas
