Pardon, but has 37407 been scrapped? When was this, if so?
The Wikipedia list of 37s has it down as scrapped but I know very well it’s hardly the most reliable resource. Mind you, I know a couple of years ago it was planned to be sold by DRS.

Thanks so much for answers

Current status is "waiting maintenance / repairs" at Carlisle Kingmoor. It has an estimated OK date of 2200 on 31st July which cannot be relied upon. The "REASOS" reason out of service code is listed as "speedo".

It is in the same pool as 37218 37401 37419 37422 37424 37425 and 37716

It certainly isn't. For example, the list previously had HNRC's 607 down as scrapped, despite the fact that it’s currently being operated by Colas on IM trains. I was on it three months ago!

407 I saw at Kingmoor last October. At the time, it was switched on, but by the sound of it, it hasn't moved far.
