The engine itself sounds fine, the way it powers up, isn't. That said, apparently that's just the gouvner.

Yep believe it is the governer, never heard one sound like that before, it sort of goes loud to quiet by the second and applies power in bursts.

Yeah, theres a delay from power being applied to the loco powering, driven correctly though can be quite hellfire, sounds unusual with another 37 though.
