It's been there for tyre turning, and is now safely back at the KWVR.
And was moved by Mr Riley & West Coast, complete with Mr Rileys rather nice (looking!) 37518.

I presume there are plans for it to do a grand tour of preserved railways next year, otherwise why would it need its tyres reprofiling if it spends its time pottering up and down a 4 mile heritage line ?

Its closer to 5 then 4!
And it doesn't matter where it runs it needs to be in good condition! Nothing wrong with having pride in a machine you own.
