360201 (will be the next 5 car but not for a few months, the 5th car is here tho)
360203/204 still 4 cars

unit 332014 is now back to its original formation with the damaged DSC now returned from repair and back in formation.
The DSC from 332008 is now out in road 11 next to the new TOS for 360201

360201 is now a 5 car but not servicable yet, hermann the germans trying to sort computers out to stop them havin a fallout and blue screen!! lol

What OS do the 360s run? I know the 444s/450s run Win 3.1, so I presume the 360s are the same unless there has been a software upgrade planned.

The same Win 3.1 i've seen it many times whilst driving the TMS will suddenly reset itself showing the windows screen!!

apparently the MS games are still on it, yet to fathom out how to get them tho lol!!

Basically yes and as the other poster mentioned free lol

The base software for TMS on the 332 was a pretty archaic affair which was constantly expanded and expanded doing 20 times as much as it was originally designed for in the production industry(non railway!), it is now much more stable with the latest version.

the 360 TMS is pretty reliable and actually tells us what we need to know! and even gives us cupboard and MCb locations to fix faults!

Another TOS has arrived currently stabled in rd 11 and should be used in 360203, once hermann the german has sorted 201 out!

No wonder its taking so long, they've put Hermann on it! When it was Frederick (Freddie to the staff) on hand from Siemens, stuff got done very quickly.

The final 5 car 360/2 (360204) should be out shortly, hermann the german just making final adjustments to get all the cars talking to eachother!

Despite what was written in Railways Illustrated recently all the original batch of 360/2's (201-204) ran in service as 4 cars before the additional car(TOS2) was fitted, it was 205 which was stored for just under a year before service use(had been used under test in the dark hours!), due to the headshunt at LHR being too short for a 5 car unit.
