350260 switching runs!

Travelling to Stafford to grab me a few diesels today and travelled on the 1243 EUS - CRE at RGL which would have got to CRE for 1338 and turned around to be on the 1433 CRE to EUS which gets to STA for 1512 to leave at 1521.

So you can imagine our surprise when here comes 350260 coming back and working the 1446 LIV to BHM!

Anyone care to shed an explanation on this?

Probably swapped with another unit by London Midland to allow the unit to finish at a maintenace point end of day.
