I've heard two reasons. One is its been there for tyre turning, the other is crash repairs. Don't know which is true though.

This unit was hauled back to Northampton by ROG yesterday after spending some time having wheelies attention there as 5Q91 sandwiched between barrier vehicles, 37601 & 608.
